SCADServe x Ronald McDonald House

In this collaboration with the Ronald McDonald House, I served as the Technical and VR Lead. I was responsible for overseeing all 3D deliverables, managing the production pipeline for an XR stage shoot, and co-project managing the team through every stakeholder touchpoint.

Conceptualization & Ideation

The first phase focused on high-level spatial interventions. Our team ideated on revitalizing the existing 5-story playscape using:

• Interactive Tech: Projection mapping, AR, and VR concepts.

• Immersive Design: Using XR Stage (LED Volume) technology to conceptualize meditation pods designed for restorative family experiences.

Technical Leadership & Execution

Based on feedback, we pivoted to deep-market AR app ideation and environmental prototyping. My leadership focused on:

• Asset & Pipeline Management: Directed the creation of 3D environments and character assets, ensuring technical compatibility across AR and VR platforms.

• Virtual Production (XR Stage): Coordinated and managed a professional XR shoot, utilizing a 3D digital twin of the Ronald McDonald House to demonstrate real-world AR integration.

• VR Twin Development: Spearheaded the development of a 1-to-1 VR replica of the existing playscape. This high-fidelity simulation served as a primary "investor tool," allowing stakeholders to experience proposed enhancements in a fully immersive environment before construction.

Project Management & Strategy

• Stakeholder Relations: Served as a primary presenter at all project touchpoints, translating technical complexities into clear, value-driven concepts for RMHC leadership.

• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Managed internal timelines and deliverables to ensure the project remained on track through rapid pivots in scope and technology.
